With a successful baseball season, the players are not the only ones that make it a successful season. All the coaches that put their time, knowledge and experience into NMMBA also plays a huge role in having a great season.

The plan is to get as much information on possible coaches, as if we need to sign up for online courses to get certification for SELECT teams, this can be planned and completed before the season starts. It also allows the executive to get teams registered with LDBA as there is an additional process for registering NMMBA to SELECT teams.
